Not an easy one - there are lots of possiblities to choose from. I tried to find one that is reasonably short and sounds elegant.

mesharet = servant (masculine singular)
mem-shin-resh-tav
משרת

ha'el = [of] God
heh-alef-lamed
האל

la'ad = for ever
lamed-ayin-dalet
לעד
