I NEED THE FOLLOWING TRANSLATED -- THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP:

To whom it may concern,

Please be advised that this woman and her one-year-old son are returning from the US where he received heart surgery donated by an Israeli humanitarian group named Save a Child's Heart.

His condition is a very serious one in which he cannot afford to be exposed to extreme conditions that might affect his breathing. It is critical that his trip be facilitated as much as possible.
Josh
