We say it almost the same in Hebrew. If you want to use only Hebrew you can also say MIKREH ME-SH-A-SHE-AH (funny episode).
But if you want to say "Comedy Night" then you'll use: EREV HITOOLY which is (word by word) - evening (erev) comic (hitooly), or LAYLA HITOOLY (night, comic).
