Explanation:
The answer is 'do'..not as in English 'do/doing' but 'do' which is pronounced with an elongated 'o' sound. So the pronunciation is something close to 'dough'.

'One' would be 'ek'
'Two' is 'do'
'Three' is 'teen'
'Four' is 'chaar'.

There was also a well known Hindi film song about 10 years ago which went 'ek, do, teen...'
