Ha nem biztos abban, hogy mit rendeltem, akkor rendelek valami mást.

Explanation:
...akkor valami mást fogok rendelni.

This would be to put the "will" in there literally, which is not necessary, though. So while in English it's in Future Tense, in Hungarian the Present Tense works just fine. (But if you prefer, you can also say it in future.)

Sorry, I meant \"disagree\" in my reply to Attila.

disagree  xxxivw: "..nem biztos abban, hogy mit rendeltem" this means "you're not sure what I have ordered" Here, the point is to be sure about the food, i.e. what is in it.

-> "In it" was never said. Sure about what = biztos abban, hogy mit.

Ha nem biztos azok felől, amiket rendeltem, majd rendelek valami mást.

Explanation:
Again, here you want to make sure the waiter is sure about the food you have ordered (i.e. that it won't have anything you are allergic to), so that you don't end up with something you're not allowed to eat because of your allergies.

ha - if
nem - not
biztos (azok felől) - sure about
amiket rendeltem - what I have ordered
majd rendelek - I will order
valami mást - something else

disagree  bochkor: What you have translated means "if you're not sure about those (ones) I have ordered..." Sorry, but there was never a "those", but there was a "what"!
11 hrs
-> "those" / "what" / "that / "which" - all would be correct and would be the relative pronoun in this sentence.

disagree  Attila Piróth: `biztos afelől’ - is far too formal. You would not say `as to / or concerning what I have just ordered', would you?

-> No, I wouldn't say "as to/concerning," especially if I am writing in Hungarian (which is my mother tongue). But what does it have to do with the question?

agree  Eva Blanar: This is the most exact translation!

Ha nem biztos abban, hogy nem vagyok allergiás arra, amit rendeltem, majd rendelek (valami) mást.

Explanation:
Ildikó is most probably right in making connection between this sentence and the previous ones. I think it is better to repeat (ie specify) what is meant by `sure about’. The sentence above means: `If you are not sure whether I am allergic to what I have ordered, I will order something else.’ (valami = something) can be omitted in the Hungarian.
So: this is not the word-to-word translation – István has given that one. This is what I would say in the situation, to avoid any ambiguity. Also, this sounds more natural than the formal expression `biztos afelől’.
I used singular – plural is not necessary. Should you need it:
Ha nem biztos abban, hogy nem vagyok allergiás azokra, amiket rendeltem, majd rendelek (valami) mást.

Other opption:
Ha nem biztos abban, hogy megehetem, amit rendeltem, majd rendelek (valami) mást.

Ie if you are not sure whether I can eat what I have ordered…

disagree  Csaba Ban: The original sentence does not have any reference to allergy. It may also be a veg/non-veg dilemma.

-> I suppose it is connected to the previously posted questions. Not necessarily, but it makes sense like that.

agree  bochkor: Sorry, but if it is connected to the previously posted questions, then this should have been indicated. And while allergy may have been the issue in the other ones, it is not necessarily part of the conversation here.
7 hrs
-> Not necessaily, but I guess this is the case - at least it makes sense.

disagree  xxxivw: This is really going a bit too far. I'm very surprised Mr. Bochkor agreed with this rather wordy suggestion, the basic idea of which was posted in my answer, and back then he disagreed..
1 day8 mins
-> `Ildikó is most probably right in...' - I started my answer. However, `biztos afelől’ is *NOT* a good and natural solution - and any Hungarian will confirm that.

neutral  Eva Blanar: This sentence sounds as if the waiter was to establish if the guest is allergic to the food selected. In reality, the waiter shall know what the different dishes were made from and, he is not sure about these, it is actually better to order s/thing else.
