English term or phrase: removal order
Removal order is usually issued to convicted foreigners, upon the completion of their imprisonment term, for their repatriation or removal to a safe alternative country (if they have substantiated fear of persecution in their own home country). However, unlike deportation order, it does not carry prohibition of future re-entry.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Many thanks for the speedy response. It does clarify that indeed 'perintah pengusiran' is different from 'perintah deportasi' in terms of the consequence. Thanks again.
