Facendo una ricerca sul web, ho trovato delle traduzioni per nulla soddisfacenti – un esempio tra tanti: “edificio per uffici di carattere sperimentale” (vedi ftp://erg.ucd.ie/public/pdfiles/energy_technology/poster_9.p... ).
