Boot viene dall'avvio del computer e, per estensione, al senso metaforico di "avviare" un business, un'attività ... quindi qualsiasi espressione che indichi che quel "money" viene speso al fine di stimolare, promuovere qualcosa ... ma sei sicura che il contesto non serva???
