sinceramente credo che in questo caso il verbo modificare vada bene!
In sostanza, il testo spiega che verrà applicata una tassa nel caso in cui "si estingua (o riscatti?) o venga comunque modificata la partecipazione al fondo"...
Modificare: cioè un cambiamento in aumento o in diminuzione!
Riflettendoci però, la tassa ha ragione di applicarsi nel cao in cui il partecipante ritiri tutti o una parte dei soldi nvestiti nel fondo...Quindi forse potresti addirittura usare: "DIMINUIRE"...
...A te l'ardua sentenza!
