Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Customer Satisfaction Survey
English term or phrase: business unit (in this context)
I saw an entry in the Kudoz Glossary with the term translated as "linea d'affari", but I don't really think that works here. I had also thought of "sussidario", but I'm not sure if these are really subsidiaries in the full sense of the word.
Can anyone give me a translation that will work in this context?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Business Unit /Unità Operativa
Io preferisco la prima, non tradotta, che è di uso comune negli ambienti professionali. La seconda potrebbe essere usata in contesti più allargati.

Thanks to both of you for your suggestions. I've decided to use unità operativa in this case, but I'll enter all the suggestions in the glossary.
