Quando s'incontra da solo va reso come "societa' registrata" o l'italiano dice altro ?
L'ho sempre visto seguito da altro (presso il registro ..., registrata in + paese, ISO, al tribunale, alla camera di commercio, ecc.) Grz !

Explanation:
Registered è "iscritta all'albo/registro imprese", ma dato che messa così è un po' lunga rispetto all'originale, direi che "certificata" potrebbe andare.

Tra l'altro può anche riferirsi a diversi tipi di certificazione specifica:
