E comunque solitamente si usa "cuocere", non "cucinare" ;-)

Mi scuso per l'errore. Ho aggiunto una parte presa da Google dove si parlava dei tempi di cottura. La mia proposta sarebbe:
"cuocere a fuoco alto".
