lo so, pare si usi aiuti culinari ma a me non piace proprio, sembra una persona, anche se farebbe comodo.
Allora ho pensato a cosa diremmo parlando con un'amica.
Se il sondaggio e' popolare magari potresti usare una di queste espressioni almeno una volta nel testo, peccato per definizione...

Un condimento è una sostanza utilizzata in cucina per insaporire i generi alimentari o i preparati culinari, come le salse. Sono per la maggior parte di sostanze di origine vegetale, ma possono anche essere di origine animale (come il brodo di carne) o minerale (come il sale).

Esempi sono pesto alla genovese, senape, ketchup, maionese, salsa Worcester, salsa di soia, sambal, chutney e il pica lilly.

ripensandoci ci vorrebbe un termine più ampio, in questa tesi si parla di "supporti culinari" (che preferisco ad aiuti perché aiuti mi sembra più ambiguo). Magati lo puoi mettere tra virgolette come qui.
