It's definetely something rack mountable, even though "rack and room" sounds weird to me. I wonder if "room" refers to the area that is supposed to be monitored, or refers to the device, that can be used as a free standing unit in a room.

agree  Giuseppe Varriale: concordo, e il "room" potrebbe appunto riferirsi al fatto che oltre che poter essere montata in un rack, l'unità potrebbe essere usata "singolarmente" per monitorare un dato ambiente (room)
