5 +2 | fresa per spallamento |
|
fresa per spallamento Explanation: This kind of milling cutters are alternative to the integral milling cutters. In an integral cutter, the cutting profile is integral part of the tool itself; in a shoulder milling cutter, the cutting action is achieved through inserts (generally) fastened to the tool, carrying the cutting profile. These inserts can be easily replaced with inserts carying also different cutting profiles. The task is to reduce the cost of the tool itself, which can be re-used many times.
