Di nuovo me.

Stavolta non ci arrivo, per me è quasi arabo (che peraltro mi piacerebbe conoscere!).

La frase è la seguente:
*XXX expects the acquisition to be accretive to net income in 2008*.

Quanto ho capito è che XXX si aspetta un accrescimento degli utili da parte della xxx acquisita, ma mi sono attorcigliata nella costruzione (e poi magari ho anche frainteso!).

aggiungerei soltanto "utile netto (di esercizio)" (cioè "la somma che resta a disposizione degli azionisti o dei proprietari di un'impresa dopo che sono state pagate tutte le spese d'esercizio, incluse le imposte sui redditi di impresa" - dal Picchi)
