che ho così tradotto "la rilevazione del fatto che l’Acquirente è il futuro compratore delle azioni in vendita;

per quanto capisco Purchaser è inteso qualcuno che in base al contratto acquista un bene e questo stesso P. sarebbe il possibile, probabile, futuro acquirente anche delle Sales Shares. Il rendere noto tutto questo evidentemente avrebbe ripercussioni......
