Come da seguente definizione:

"A form of compensation paid to private equity and hedge fund managers.

Carried interest is a share of the fund’s overall profits and is typically in the 20-25% range. This mode of compensation is designed to incentivise a manager to achieve the best results and is only achieved after certain agreed-upon hurdles are cleared."
