Explanation: POSB - I agree with Manca that is could be the Post Office Savings Bank, but I'm not convinced I'd call it "Cassa di Risparmio Postale", as it's sort of a trademark. I'd leave POSB and explain in brackets (servizio deposito presso le Poste della Gran Bretagna).
POO - I'm quite doubtful about. I recall that we used to call them "postal orders" in my day, but that may no longer be valid.
