qualche piccola modifica farei:

Explanation:
"Proietta un fascio di ghiaccio che colpisce i nemici entro 5 /iarde/ dal primo nemico colpito, arrecando il 430% del danno base dell'arma sotto forma di danno da ghiaccio".

"Ghiaccio congelato" mi sembra ridondante. Farei la conversione delle iarde in metri.

Avrei detto "danneggia", ma poi avresti la ripetizione con "weapon damage".
