At the very end of the a company Ethic Code I find this:

"Form M/00003 - January 2012 ao"

What could "ao" stand for? A search in Acronym Finder didn't help much.
Could it mean "Administrative Office"?

Secondo me "and others" è l'unica possibilità, a intendere che il copyright del gennaio 2012 copre anche i mesi successivi dell'anno di riferimento.
Non sono certa, però, della corrispondente resa legale italiana, per cui mi rimetto ai colleghi esperti del settore.

Trattandosi di un modulo/form interno all'azienda, secondo me si tratta delle iniziali della persona che lo ha redatto/emesso, quindi lo lascerei così!
