Q: Occasionally the programme quits without any error messages. We run the programme on a network.
A This happens if you configure DK2 Server to check the user workstations periodically. If the user workstation is idle for the duration of the set time then the server assumes the workstation is not in use and disconnects its connection to the DK2 server (frees a licence).
