è dura ricavarci un senso perchè la terminologia sicuramente non è da madrelingua, comunque secondo me significa "con scarico dalla nave entro un mese" (dalla spedizione), cioè che il tempo di transito della spedizione è di circa un mese

Credo proprio che tu abbia ragione, intende che devono scaricarsela loro entro un mese. Anche perchè per "autoscarico" o "scaricamento automatico" non ci sono riscontri in rete. È un problema di lingua (scarsa!)
