Secondo me il verbo "to purchase" va reso con "obbligarsi/sottoscrivere impegno" anziché con "acquistare" perché siamo in presenza di un contratto di locazione.

Nicola per capire se ho avuto ragione ad interpretare in questo modo occorrerebbe risalire indietro nel periodo e nell'esposizione resa dal tuo testo per capire dove realmente inizi il periodo da un punto di vista logico, al di là delle maiuscole o degli elenchi puntati...
