leggendo il testo, sembrerebbe quasi che l'inadempimento di garanzia si renda noto, piuttosto che notificato, la qual cosa attribuisce all'acquirente il diritto di presentare una rivendicazione per danni. Magari mi sbaglio, notice in effetti fa più pensare a una notifica, ma dal poco testo che si ha a disposizione tradurrei così.
