In un mio vecchio glossario l'ho trovato tradotto con "condizioni di lavoro", ma non mi sembra appropriato. Su proz, in francese è tradotto: "spécifications techniques, cahier des charges techniques". Quindi in italiano sarà: specifiche tecniche, capitolato d'appalto o semplicemente capitolato?
