ho tradotto la definizione così: Restricted Customer: Qualunque azienda, società o persona che, durante I 12 mesi precedenti alla terminazione, sia stata cliente del fornitore o fosse solita trattare con quest’ultimo o qualsiasi società associata (a scanso di equivoci si considerano anche tutti i professionisti della sanità che sono clienti o sono soliti trattare con il fornitore o qualunque società associata), e con la quale il distributore abbia avuto contatti o riguardo la quale il distributore sia venuto a sapere o sia stato informato per la durata di questo contratto.

non vedo il modo in cui un simile cliente possa essere restricted.
