Che il senso sia questo, mi sembra evidente dal contesto da te citato: se le parti non si mettono d\'accordo sulla \"provision\" x, questa provision non viene messa nel contratto e le restanti clausole devono essere interpretate come se la \"provision\" x non esistesse e applicate ecc.
