OFT nel Regno Unito si occupa di combattere e perseguire i trasgressori della legge sulla concorrenza sleale (competition Act).

Tieni presente che negli Stati Uniti il Florida Enforcement Department e' in buona sostanza il corpo di Polizia giudiziaria.
