Salve a tutti sto lavorando su un contratto tra due società (rebate payment agreement).

Il titolo dell'art. 3 è GOVERNING LAW, ESCALATION NOTICE AND ARBITRATION
Anche più avanti nel testo trovo :"Prior to the beginning of any judicial claim the parties hereby undertake to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by way of negotiation between senior executives of the parties who have authority to settle such dispute. In furtherance of the foregoing, any party may initiate the negotiation by way of a notice (an “Escalation notice”) demanding an in-person meeting or telephone conference involving representatives of the parties at a senior level of management of the parties, without undue delay after becoming aware of it. "

Cosa s'intende per Escalation notice? ho letto le altre domande postate su escalation ma non mi sembrano adatte al mio caso.

in pratica significa che la questione passa a un livello gerarchico superiore rispetto alle persone che l'hanno trattata finora
