"Vendor agree to grant free access to his offices to the imspectors and/or expeditors appointed by the Buyer and to any inspectors of official institutions of the country of destination of the goods. All the documents required for the expediting and inspection shall be made available for the above mentioned personnel.

(Ho capito che il senso è quello della "spedizione" a fini di ispezione delle merci oggetto di fornitura, ma non mi viene in mente un termine più formale/tecnico da abbinare a ispezione.)
