Quindi sta a te decidere se tradurre letteralmente, e magari riferirti ad un'istituzione che non esiste in Italia. Credo comunque che la traduzione letterale sia funzionale, nel caso in cui il documento sia relativo al contesto inglese, anzi, potresti lasciarlo in inglese e tra parentesi tradurlo in italiano.
