E' il titolo di un articolo di un atto di costituzione di una rendita che viene lasciata in amministrazione fiduciaria ai successori (ereditari).
Si dice, nel paragrafo, che "durante il periodo di accumulo (del fondo fiduciario) e finché i beneficiari sono vivi, si deve accumulare il reddito del fondo ad incremento del fondo stesso."
Come è l'esatta dicitura in italiano? Non capisco per cosa stia qui quel "default" (...e anche "ultimate"...)

Explanation:
I wonder if in this case, default doesn't really mean "predefinito", being the adjective for trust, or "fondo"
