Mi sembra una specie di servizio aggiuntivo per chi ha gia' un contratto, che consente di avere tariffe speciali - anciche' per spedire - per ricevere merci (non capisco trasporto a carico di chi, ma presumo del fornitore, se qui non lo vogliono dare).
