amministratore Explanation: E' un testo relativo alla costituzione/statuto di una società vero? Chiaramente c'è una ripetizione che deve essere sfuggita a chi ha scritto il testo, ma c'è anche quel verbo "is" che riprende la frase in modo sconclusionato grammaticalmente rispetto alla parte precedente. Io ti consiglio di contattare assolutamente il cliente perché bisogna capire esattamente che valore ha il voto dell'amministratore (o consigliere) del Consiglio di Amministrazione, è importantissimo per la regolamentazione della società; Valeria |
