occurrence è "avvenimento, situazione". Poiché mi pare di capire che qui parliamo di responsabilità civile verso terzi, a "situazione" o "avvenimento" si potrebbe sostituire "incidente", o comunque ogni nome specifico per cui in inglese invece hanno usato il generico "occurrence"
