La combinazione "air lubricant" mi pare a dir poco strana, ma forse si riferisce al sistema pneumatico della machina, quindi forse indica "portata del lubrificante del sistema pneumatico".

Dai un occho al link! E' un sistema di lubrificazione in cui si usa dell'aria per trasportare il lubrificante. Probabilmente è un rapporto tra aria e lubrificante.

agree  Vittorio Preite: FLUSSO DI ARIA LUBRIFIANTE. In questi sistemi l'olio viene nebulizzato nel flusso d'aria perchè raggiunga le parti in movimento. E' ovvio che di tanto in tanto si deve rabboccare l'olio
