Gentili colleghi,

non riesco a capire che funzione abbia e come chiamare questa componente di una compostiera.

E' la componente n. 10, elencata nella seconda pagina e visibile in figura nella terza. In qualche modo è collegata alla 11, "air valve body" e posizionata sul coperchio. A complicare le cose a me 10 e 11 sembrano entrambi indicare le "rondellette".
Forse "coperchietto convesso del corpo della valvola di aerazione?".
