nota Explanation: parli di impianti di aria compressa .... qui direi che si tratta di attuatori che spesso comandano valvole. Si tratta senz'altro di un "malfunzionamento degli attuatori", ma non capisco di quale dato che i diz. tecnici ed il Picchi non danno molte spiegazioni; sembra si tratti di un movimento irregolare e non si può certo parlare di sbandamenti o rollate (termini marinareschi) to lurch fles -es vi V(+IN) 1 (= to flounder/to stumble) barcollare, sbandare, scartare, balzare • she lurched and fell barcollò e cadde; the drunken man lurched up the stairs l’ubriaco salì le scale barcollando; the bus lurched forward and some of the passengers standing fell over l’autobus balzò in avanti e alcuni passeggeri in piedi caddero a terra 2 (= to shift) cambiare idea o opinione, passare improvvisamente (da... a...), spostarsi o allontanarsi all’improvviso • he lurched away from capitalism when he was forty a quarant’anni, improvvisamente si allontanò dal capitalismo; he keeps lurching from one relationship to another continua a passare da una relazione all’altra 3 (mar) guizzare, guinare, straorzare o sbandare improvvisamente. |
