premetto che ho giaÄ controllato i dizionari tecnici e informatici, Eurodicautom e il glossario Proz, ma non ho trovato niente.
"...additional information inscribed onto each disc by a special laser after the stamping process is complete".
Processo di incisione (ma non va bene solo per la musica? Qui si parla di dati)? Processo di stampaggio??? (non mi pare affatto corretto).

In teoria, masterizzazione dovrebbe riferirsi solo alla prima copia del CD effettuata, la copia master, ma in pratica viene usato più genericamente per "scrivere su CD" o "burning"; "stamping" è proprio la duplicazione in serie di un CD.
