Explanation:
Si tratta di un nuovo trattamento per la psoriasi. Gli agenti biologici agiscono sul sistema immunitario bloccando il TNF.
Al momento se ne parla molto, in quanto non sono ancora molto utilizzati dai medici che si occupano di psoriasi, perché il profilo di sicurezza dei farmaci biologici non è ancora stato confermato da un numero sufficiente di studi clinici.
