innanzitutto: "caveat" = ammonimento, diffida, avviso, intimazione; procedimento per ottenere una sospensiva; avviso di opposizione al rinnovo di un brevetto OPPURE, in accezione americana: domanda di brevetto provvisorio.

A questo punto a mio vedere potrebbe anche essere:
"• Spiegazione dei normali impedimenti sulla "mancata vendibilità [commerciabilità]"
