Però mi è rimasto un dubbio ed ho trovato questo: Explanation: "Attending physician is a physician who has primary responsibility for treatment and care of the patient in the hospital. He or she is usually selected by the patient, but in some cases is assigned by the hospital." In Italia non succede così - chi ti becchi ti becchi (o sei un paziente privato del primario/aiuto e ti fai seguire da lui/lei, ma non è la norma) e la persona che firma la tua scheda cambia ad ogni turno, ma si definisce "medico curante" in quel momento. E' difficile trovare una corrispondenza esatta ed altri siti mi portavano a soluzioni del tipo "medico incaricato" e "medico di turno". Quindi incideva anche il contesto. Probabilmente non sono stata di alcun aiuto... Angela |

medico addetto allo studio/responsabile dello studio/responsabile dei pazienti Explanation: Se si tratta di un consenso informato, potrebbe trattarsi del medico che dirige la ricerca e che segue i pazienti che partecipano allo studio. In questo caso medico curante forse non va bene, perché con questo termine si intende il medico abituale del paziente. Nei consensi informati che ho tradotto (non li ho con me presso questo computer) ho utilizzato uno dei termini in alto, ma nella situazione che ho appena spiegato. medico curante Explanation: è l'espressione che ho trovato ed utilizzato in moltissime cartelle cliniche e documenti che ho tradotto, anche per il tribunale. Più in generale, in ambito ospedaliero, il medico responsabile della somministrazione di una determinata terapia. Buon lavoro! |
