Mancando il contesto mi immagino che si tratti di rilevazione di segni vitali a certi time points (o sbaglio del tutto?). Se non ho preso un granchio, penso proprio che questa ti possa essere utile:

In questo caso si rileverebbero i segni vitali, per esempio "a" un certo tempo (per esempio a 1 ora, a 2 ore eccetera), oppure si avrebbero diversi time points (1 ora, 2 ore eccetera).
