il NOUGAT corrisponde esattamente al nostro CROCCANTE e può essere di vari tipi:
Crunchy nougat
Almond crunchy nougat
Hazelnut crunchy nougat

a seconda se è fatto di nocciole o mandorle, nel tuo caso è di nocciole e quindi è il primo (in ogni caso il più generico NOUGAT indica qualsiasi tipo di croccante)
