Le cabine esterne godono di un'ampia veduta..
oppure
Dalle cabine esterne si gode di un'ampia veduta...

Mi sembrerebbe strano parlare di "finestre" nel caso di navi, e un "oblò panoramico, ornato" o comunque "grande" mi fa rabbrividire.
