Bisognerebbe sapere se ci sta proprio scritto LIFT DOWN e LIFT UP sulla friggtrice ed in quel caso si lasciano così, altrimenti sono istruzioni e l'indicazione che ti do è quella sopra.
Comunque, "lift down" ha un significato preciso che non andrebbe bene in questa circostanza.
