l'avevo in un primo momento impostata nel tedesco ma non avendo ricevuto alcuna risposta l'ho reimpostata nell'inglese mantenendo pero`la grafia tedesca!

D'accordo con Antonella che il riferimento e' al teatro dell'improvvisazione, ma non utilizzerei questo termine per la traduzione in quanto si porta appresso, in campo aziendale, connotazioni negative.

Il termine migliore e' forse "creativita' istintiva" ma il tuo contesto dovrebbe indicarti la strada giusta.
