Si tratta di un memorandum di associazione e non riesco a capire se "concerns" è legato a "undertakings" (e quindi si parla di imprese e aziende) o se per "business concerns" si intendano le problematiche aziendali (e a quel punto non so bene come piazzare undertakings). Grazie per il vostro aiuto!

quindi appoggio decisamente la tua prima ipotesi. "concerns and undertakings" in questa frase hanno entrambi come attributo / complemento di specificazione "business".
