La lingua che stai traducendo assomiglia vagamente all'inglese (senza offesa, naturalmente)!
In inglese "not around" significs non esserci - p.e.
"I'm not around this weekend...non ci sarò questo fine settimana"
Purtroppo la pessima versione che ti trovi per le mani lascia molti dubbi - forse hai ragione in ciò che hai intuito.
Mi perdoni se non elenco referenze???

Tutto il testo era terribile! Ma è spesso così!
Ho comunque comunicato che mi sono presa qualche licenza di traduzione e che ho operato un adattamento, quella che corre sotto il nome di localizzazione.
Mi è anche capitato di ricevere una specifica richiesta di traduzione con localizzazione.

Grazie per l'aiuto. TO BE AROUND non l'ho trovato da nessuna parte. In un altro contesto sarebbe comunque facile!
